About

I don’t just market books. I sell my own.

I'm Natalie Knight — an author and email marketing specialist who has been selling books directly to readers for several years.

For your bookish shop

I know what it means to manage a backlist, plan a release, nurture readers, run a direct store, sell digital and physical products, and put together promotions without making every email feel like a desperate sales pitch.

Over half of my own income comes from direct sales driven by marketing emails — no ads. That's the same engine I build for clients: welcome and reader-magnet sequences, abandoned browse and cart flows, post-purchase and win-back automations, launch and backlist campaigns, and segmentation that treats a first-time buyer differently from a reader who has bought everything you've written.

I've built and managed email campaigns and automated flows for authors across fiction genres, on platforms including Klaviyo alongside Shopify and other direct-store setups. The work blends strategy, voice-matched copy, branded visuals, customer behavior and hands-on implementation.

My goal is not to make every client sound like me. My job is to understand what makes their books and readers different, then build emails that sound unmistakably like them.

What this means for you

Why my background helps your store.

01

I sell direct myself

I run my own store, manage my own backlist and plan my own releases. When I build your flows, I'm working from experience rather than theory.

02

Copywriting with a commercial job

TCAA Certified Digital Marketing Copywriter. Subject lines, preview text, hooks and buttons are written to earn opens, clicks and orders.

03

I understand reader behavior

Reader magnets, BookFunnel delivery, series binges, preorders, special editions, bundles and memberships behave differently. Your segmentation should reflect that.

04

Your voice is protected

I study your existing emails, your books and your reader relationship before I write a word. The finished emails should read as though you wrote them on a good day.

You wrote the books. Let’s make your emails sell them.
