This website is owned and operated by NK Romance LLC, doing business as Emails That Sell Books.

The copy, graphics, designs, downloads, resources, and other original content on this website belong to NK Romance LLC unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to browse the site, share links, and use any downloaded resources for their intended personal or business use.

Please do not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or present the website's content, copy, designs, or resources as your own without written permission.

You also agree not to use the website in a way that interferes with its operation, security, or availability to other visitors.

Services and Agreements

The information on this website provides an overview of the services I offer. Because every author's catalog, store, audience, and email setup is different, the exact scope of your project will be outlined in a personalized proposal or service agreement.

Your agreement will explain what is included in your package, the anticipated timeline, deliverables, revision rounds, payment schedule, and any other details specific to the project. A project is officially booked once the agreement is accepted and the required initial payment has been received.

To keep everything moving smoothly, clients are responsible for providing requested information, account access, brand materials, book details, graphics, and feedback by the agreed deadlines. Unless we arrange something different, feedback and approvals should be provided within five business days. If you need additional time, please let me know so we can adjust the schedule together.

The number of revision rounds included will be listed in your proposal. If you request work beyond the original scope or included revisions, I will always discuss any additional cost with you before completing it.

Payment and Cancellation

Pricing and payment terms will be clearly listed in your proposal or service agreement. Depending on the project, installment plans may be available.

Invoices should be paid by the due dates shown. If a payment is delayed, project work or delivery may be paused until the account is current. If something unexpected happens, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss the best way to move forward.

Because project time is reserved in advance and work may begin before the final delivery date, payments already made may be applied toward reserved time and work completed. Any refund, cancellation, or rescheduling options will be handled according to the terms of your individual service agreement and the amount of work already completed.

If I need to reschedule part of a project, I will communicate with you promptly and provide an updated timeline.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

You retain ownership of the books, characters, branding, customer information, account data, and other original materials you provide for your project.

Once the project has been paid in full, you may use the final approved copy and custom graphics created specifically for your business across your website, store, emails, advertisements, and other marketing channels.

I retain ownership of my pre-existing processes, strategies, templates, systems, internal documents, and working methods. Drafts, unused concepts, and editable working files are not included unless they are specifically listed as project deliverables.

Client information, account access, sales data, unpublished book details, and business materials will be treated as confidential and used only as needed to complete the project. I will not knowingly share confidential client information with outside parties except with your permission or when reasonably necessary to provide the service, such as through trusted software and service providers.

I may request permission to feature completed work, testimonials, or project results in my portfolio or marketing. Private sales figures, account screenshots, or unpublished materials will not be publicly shared without your approval.
