Live Class Terms
Choosing your session
You must select your preferred live session during registration. Session availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to change your session, you may reschedule once in accordance with the Live Class Terms.
Cancellation and refunds
All live class purchases are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule your registration one time to another available session for the same class. Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your originally selected class time. Missed classes and late reschedule requests are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Attendance, replays and access
Attendance at the live session is not required. Unless a class is specifically marked “No Replay,” all paid attendees will receive lifetime access to the class replay, even if they miss their scheduled session. Replays are for the registered purchaser only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or resold. Missing the live session does not qualify for a refund.
