Email automations for authors
You already do enough.
You plot—or don’t. You write the books, manage social media, think about ads, prepare releases, answer readers, and somehow handle regular life too.
Email is usually the thing that slips through the cracks.
Your subscribers receive the free book they signed up for…and then hear nothing until you remember to send a newsletter or have another release to promote.
Your email list shouldn’t depend on you remembering to use it.
A thoughtful email system welcomes new subscribers, introduces them to your books, guides them toward the series they’re most likely to enjoy, and keeps your backlist visible between releases.
Without those automations, interested readers can quietly disappear from your world—taking future book sales, series read-through, and potential Kindle Unlimited page reads with them.
Your newsletter can help sell your books—even while you’re busy writing the next one.
Working behind the scenes
More than delivering the free book.
Welcome new readers
Introduce subscribers to your author world instead of disappearing after delivering their reader magnet.
Guide series discovery
Help readers decide which book or series they should explore next.
Support your backlist
Keep older books visible even when you aren’t actively promoting them on social media.
Re-engage quiet subscribers
Reconnect with readers who haven’t opened or clicked recently before they become completely inactive.

Built for retail-first authors
No direct store required.
Amazon and other retailers don’t tell us exactly which subscribers purchased a book. Instead, I build your automations around the information your newsletter platform can see—such as the reader magnet someone requested, the links they clicked, the series they’re interested in, when they subscribed, and how recently they engaged.
That information can still create a much smarter reader experience than sending every subscriber the same occasional newsletter.
Platforms
Built inside the platform you already use.

Built by an author who understands the assignment.
I’m Natalie Knight—an author and certified email marketing copywriter. I understand reader magnets, release schedules, backlists, pen names, series order, Kindle Unlimited, and the very specific chaos of running an author business.
My job is to build the emails you keep meaning to write, and make sure they sound like you when they reach your readers.

Why me
I don’t just market books. I sell my own.
I’m Natalie Knight — author and email marketing specialist. I’ve been selling books to readers for several years, so I know what it takes to manage a backlist, plan a release, and nurture a reader list between launches.
I’ve built and managed campaigns and automated flows for authors across fiction genres. The work combines strategy, voice-matched copy, branded visuals, reader behavior and segmentation.
My goal isn’t to make every client sound like me. My job is to understand what makes their books and readers different, then build emails that sound unmistakably like them.

Why Authors Choose Me
Your voice stays. Your email strategy starts pulling its weight.
01
Author-specific experience
I understand launches, tropes, backlists, reader magnets, BookFunnel delivery, and the difference between a subscriber and a buyer.
02
Voice-matched copy
Clients repeatedly say that I capture their tone, energy, personality, and relationship with their readers.
03
Strategy and implementation
I do more than hand over a document. I plan, write, design, build, test, and organize the complete system—so you aren’t left trying to implement a strategy document by yourself.
04
Revenue-focused emails
Every subject line, preview text, hook, button, and automation has a job. The goal is stronger engagement, more clicks, and more book sales.
Your next subscriber shouldn’t disappear after downloading the free book.
Let’s build an email system that welcomes them, introduces your books, and keeps working after you return to your manuscript.
